So, just what is consistency?
You probably just think it is doing the same thing over and over.
Which it can be, but how about this:
Consistency is a habit formed that you love out of success.
Focus on that last part: a habit formed...that you love...out of success.
When you have success with something, it is much easier to form the habits…which is by definition - consistency!
I know this isn’t sexy, and I know a LOT of you will click away and go scroll social media and chase quick fixes, diet pills, and other “magic bullets” hoping the next one will work for you…
And that is OK!
If you are nodding your head, even if it’s a little begrudgingly because like myself…you’ve wasted some hard earned money on quick fixes…that is OK!
